Breaking: Tribunal Delivers Final Judgment On Dapo Abiodun's Election

Dapo Abiodun, Ogun state governor, has replaced striking resident doctors working at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital Isolation Centre, Sagamu, with volunteer doctors.

Last week, the resident doctors working in the Ogun state COVID-19 isolation centre joined their colleagues, in the ongoing strike which started on July 1, 2020.

The doctor are on strike to express their displeasure at the failure of the government to meet their welfare demands.

Immediately the resident doctors at the Ogun State isolation center joined the strike, they were replaced.

This was announce by the state Health Commissioner, Dr Tomi Coker

Accordingto her, “Only two doctors at the isolation are ARD members. They have been replaced by other doctors who are happy to serve the people of Ogun State by volunteering at the isolation centre.”

The replacement was today confirmed by the Secretary, Association of Resident Doctors (ARD), OOUTH, Dr Tope Osundara.
