Speaking via her twitter handle, Kemi Olunloyo noted that he was whisked away in a covert operation and not extradited to any of the countries he held passports to.
She added that the FBI violated the suspected cyber fraudster’s civil and legal rights and on this grounds, his case may be dismissed.

However, it was reported Hushpuppi had been denied bail in his ongoing suspected internet fraud trial in the United States.
Naija news learnt that His lawyer, Gal Pissetzky who had vowed to prove his client’s innocence, applied for him to leave jail with an electronic tag and live with the uncle of a woman with whom he has a child, but US prosecutors opposed the bail application but the judge refused him bail that he might commit more fraud.
