Anambra 2021: Ex-CBN Boss ,Charles Soludo Given Approval To Contest For The Governorship Election

The Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Prof Chukwuma Soludo has gotten approval and support of his region to contest for the governorship election in the state.

Naija News learnt that  Ifeoma Ekwueme the wife to the late Vice President Alex Ekwueme, through a social-political organisation,rummed huge support for former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.

Mrs Ekwueme while speaking organised to gather more support for the former banker, recalled how Soludo’s during his tenure as CBN governor, fast-tracked the rehabilitation of the once deplorable Ekwulobia-Ufuma- Umunze- Ibinta road which resulted in easier movement of people and goods and improved economic activities in Orumba.

However, apart from Professor Charles Soludo other known aspirants are Stanley Uzochukwu (APGA) and Nicholas Ukachukwu (APGA).
