A retired Major General of the Nigerian Army, Abdul Tijjani, has filed a suit before the Federal High Court in Abuja, against the Lagos State Government and seven others over the alleged injustice meted out to him by officials of the state.

The plaintiff asked the court to order the trial of Justice Faji for allegedly perverting the course of justice in his case.
