Akeredolu Appoints “Tukana” As His New SSG

The Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has picked honourable Temitayo Oluwatuyi “Tukana” as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

Naija News learnt that Mr Akeredolu announced the appointment of Mr Oluwatuyi on his official Twitter page on Monday.

“Today, I announced the appointment of Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi “Tukana” as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) to resume immediately following the resignation of Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde,” the governor wrote.

The latest development in Akure occurred after the sudden resignation of the former SSG, Sunday Abegunde.

The former SSG, Sunday Abegunde has also released a fresh revelation about the 2016 governorship election that brought in Rotimi Akeredolu as the governor. He said Akeredolu didn’t win the election in 2016 but he and some APC’ Stewart made it possible for him to become governor.
