The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported fresh 454 cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria. Naija News reports that the NCDC confirmed the new 454 cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria in a series of tweets on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Friday evening, July 3.
The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, in Ebonyi State, Tony Nwizi, has been arrested by police operatives in the state. According to the Nation, Nwizi was arrested following the orders of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

A Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), has disassociated himself from the newly formed political group, National Consultative Forum.
