The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele said the embattled governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, will emerge as winner of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP primaries in the state.

The clergyman, however, warned the governor to put his house in order to avoid losing the September governorship election, noting that the battle between his predecessor, Adams Oshiomhole is not over yet.

Naija News understands that Ayodele disclosed this in a statement a while ago ahead of the PDP primary election scheduled to hold on Thursday (today). He also warned the former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole to desist from fighting the incumbent governor, else may not witness 2023 as the All Progressive Congress party national chairman.

“The fight between Obaseki and Oshiomole is not yet over until the governorship election.”

He added, “The suspended APC national Chairman will follow him bumber to bumber to PDP and plot his people for his downfall, so their fight is not over.”
