Coronavirus: Senegal President Sall In Quarantine After Contact With COVID-19 Patient
The development was confirmed in a report by Anadolu in the late hour of Wednesday, June 24, noting that the president had come in contact with a victim of the dreadful virus and will have to be quarantined for fifteen days as recommended by health agencies.
The President of Senegal, Macky Sall has reportedly gone into self-quarantine after contact with someone whose COVID-19 test result recently returns positive.

Naija News understands that Sall had earlier tested negative for the novel virus.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported fresh 649 cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
According to the NCDC, of the six hundred and forty-nine new coronavirus cases recorded on Wednesday evening, 250 were recorded in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Oyo-100 Plateau-40 Delta-40 Abia-28 Kaduna-27 Ogun-22 Edo-20 Akwa Ibom-18 Kwara-17 FCT-17 Enugu-14 Niger-13 Adamawa-13 Bayelsa-7 Osun-6 Bauchi-6 Anambra-4 Gombe-3 Sokoto-2 Imo-1 Kano-1, northern Nigeria.
