Breaking: Police Seal APC National Secretariat

Officers of Nigeria Police Force (NPF) have sealed off the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party.

Naija News reports that a detachment of Policemen sealed off the APC National Secretariat based on orders of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu.

A report monitored on The Nation newspaper by Naija News, says IGP Adamu will also be meeting with the two camps of the party National Working Committee (NWC) at the force headquarters by 1 pm.

The report said the order to seal off the APC National Secretariat was handed down through the FCT Commissioner of Police, to the APC Chief Security Officer and that it instructed members of the National Working Committee(NWC) are not allowed entrance to the party headquarters.

The seal off was to enable the Police boss and the two National Working Committee groups to review and discuss the various court orders being brandished, a source revealed.
