A former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr Worgu Boms, has recommended by the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) in River State to fill the vacant post of the Deputy National Secretary of the party. A former Governor of old Kaduna State, Balarabe Musa, has described President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) as incompetent. Musa stated that the APC and opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) should not be allowed to govern Nigeria.

9. Edo 2020: PDP Governors State Position On Obaseki’s Defection

Governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party, have expressed excitement over the defection of Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). 10. PDP Postpones Edo Gov’ship Primary Again

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has postponed its governorship primary election in Edo state. The party had on Thursday announced that the exercise initially scheduled for June 19 had been moved to June 23 but in a fresh statement on Friday, the party said the primary election has now been shifted to June 25.
