Insecurity: IGP Visits Katsina State, Gives Fresh Orders
Police IG arrives Katsina State, promises clamp down on activities of bandits in the region
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has visited Katsina State on Wednesday over the rising cases of insecurity in the state and other states in the region.
The Police chief arrived in Katsina at about 9.45am, Naija News understands.
He is expected to coordinate activities aimed at reducing all forms of attacks and insecurity as well as activities of bandits who have been terrorizing the state and the region.
It will be recalled the Police IG on Monday, held a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on the rising cases of sexual violence in the country and other security issues.
