Oshiomhole Reveals Tinubu's Position On Edo 2024 Governorship Primary Election

The Court of Appeal In Abuja has upheld the suspension of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole.

Recall that six members of the Edo State chapter of the party had filed a suit before the FCT High Court on March seeking for Oshiomhole’s suspension from office.

The former Governor of Edo State was suspended in a ruling by a three member panel of justices led by the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem.

Justice Dongban-Mensem ruled that the APc National Chairman’s appeal challenging his suspension was unmeritorious.

This is coming few hours after the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki resigned his membership of the APC, after meeting with Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, the Chief of Staff (CoS) to President Muhammadu Buhari at the Villa.

Recall that the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, on Tuesday also resigned his membership in APC.
