The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, says Nigeria is broken and the solution does not lie in restructuring or shifting the Presidency to the South.

Naija News reports that the IPOB leader, who is on exile, made this comment about restructuring andSouth Presidency in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Tuesday.

This online news platform understands that there is a clamour for the Presidency to go to the Southern part of the country when Nigerians return to the polls come 2023 Presidential election. This clamour has, however, seen some Southwest and Southeast politicians positioning themselves for the number one position in the country.

Reacting to this, Kanu warned that should the Presidency go to the south in 2023, then it would be shifted to the north again, adding that Nigerians “cannot continue with this silly musical chair.”

The pro-Biafra activist who is also the Director of Radio Biafra stressed that the only solution is a “peaceful dissolution of Nigeria before it sinks to another lia.”

Kanu tweeted: “Nigeria is BROKEN & the solution does not lie in #restructuring or shifting the Presidency to South. After the South, then the North?

“We cannot continue with this silly musical chair. The ONLY solution is peaceful #dissolution of Nigeria before it sinks to another lia,” the IPOB leader tweeted.
