“Nigeria, on 9 June 2020, nominated Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for the post of WTO Director-General to succeed the current Director-General, Mr Roberto Azevêdo, who has announced he will step down on 31 August 2020,” the organisation said on its website.
COVID-19: Nigeria Records 663 Cases Of Coronavirus In A Day
Six hundred and sixty-three new cases of Coronavirus pandemic has been confirmed in Nigeria by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC. The health sector on Tuesday, June 9 reported a disturbing number of cases of the dreadful disease in Nigeria, bringing the overall cases in the country to 13464.
