NCDC Reports 350 New Cases Of COVID-19

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported three hundred and fifty confirmed new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

Previously, 348 new cases were reported by the agency, with Lagos State having about 53% of the reported cases while other states share the remaining figures.

However, on Thursday, June 4 at about 11:43, the NCDC announced on its official Twitter page that it has discharged 3535 COVID-19 patients in the country, while 323 people have died of the global pandemic.

Meanwhile, the suspension of clinical trials of hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for coronavirus (COVID-19) has finally been stopped by the world health organisation with the hopes that clinical drug will resume soonest.
