2baba Blows Hot, Hits Hard At Pastors, Imams And Government

Legendary Nigerian musician, 2face Idibia also known as 2baba has taken to his social media account to address some issues about Nigeria and the society.

The singer in a series of tweets on Thursday, shared his thoughts about issues ranging from religion, ethnicity, education, and Nigeria’s political system and activities.

In his tweets, he tackled religious leaders, telling them to stop embarrassing God with their pronouncements.

He urged them to preach the truth always rather than deceive their followers for personal gains.

He wrote: “Make una still dey follow men of god wey no do anything 2 help. Instead them been dey try to still find way 2 collect from una lean change. Smh”.

Adding his voice to the issues around racism and police brutality, 2baba noted that guilt and fear is why racism exists while adding that black people deserve equal rights and justice.

He added that: “Since every other race is racist 2 AFRICANS.why don’t they just let us be in Africa and be primitive and live our life according 2 them. Or better still, why don’t Africans just work together and say ” since we are like that then just live us to live by ourselves “.?

The singer also tackled the federal government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari for slashing the budget for health and education but voting 27billion for the renovation of the National Assembly complex.

If this Naija Budget is The real figures then I must say I’m ashamed ‘Extra’ of my government beyond how I have been ashamed before.
