Police Arrest Suspect Involved In Rape And Murder Of Vera Omozuwa

The Police have arrested one person in connection with the gruesome murder of Vera Uwaila Omozuwa, the 22-year-old 100-level student of the University of Benin.

Naija News recalls Omozua was raped and then murdered by her assailants while she was reading in a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Benin City.

Federal Government Reduces Fuel Price To N121.50

In order to reduce the stress of COVID-19 pandemic on the lively hood of many Nigerians, the Federal government had announced a new fuel price band of N121.50  per litre for Premium Motor Spirit, also known as petrol.

The PPPRA, which is an agency of the Federal Government, disclosed this in a circular to fuel marketers dated May 31, 2020, which was obtained by our correspondent on Monday.
