Men of the Nigeria Police Force in Lagos State have been accused of shooting a young girl and a driver at Iyana Oworo.

Though the cause of the unpleasant incident is still sceptical, Naija News, however, gathered that the commercial driver and a young girl in the bus were gunned down while the conductor was handcuffed.

As seen in the video below which was shared by a Twitter account identified as @OworoTv, a Police van was parked a few meters away from the bus whose driver was allegedly shot.

Residents and passer-by could also be heard murmuring as they stood in pity narrating the awful incident.

See below videos which capture the moment residents were taken away the victims, and as well showing the scene of the incident.

However, no statement has been received by the state police command as regards the incident which left residents in confusion and lament.

This is coming barely two weeks after a related incident which saw Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong, condemning men of the Nigerian Army for allegedly shooting dead an undergraduate student of the University of Jos.

It was reported that the young boy who is just 20 years of age was mistakenly fired at during an operation carried out by the Nigerian Army Special Task Force, Operation Safe Haven (OPSH).
