Just In: Lagos Discharges 45 More COVID-19 Patients

The Lagos State government on Wednesday announced it has discharged forty-five more COVID-19 patients who have recovered from the virus.

According to a post on the Twitter page of the Lagos State Ministry of Health, the patients were discharged after testing negative twice to the coronavirus infection.

Naija News understands those discharged include twenty-two females and twenty-three males. The latest discharge brings the total number of recoveries from the virus in Lagos State to 707.

Additional information on the latest discharges shows nineteen of the patients were released from the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, three from Onikan, eight from Agidingbi, seven from Lekki, one from Eti-Osa and seven from LUTH.
