COVID-19 Fourth Wave Expected In December - Lagos Govt

The Lagos State Government has announced the death of four persons, who died due to complications from Coronavirus.

The development was announced by the Commissioner of Health in the state, Prof. Akin Abayomi, on his Twitter account on Friday.

The four fatalities bring the number of total COVID-19 deaths in Lagos to 46.

He tweeted, “139 new COVID-19 Infection confirmed in Lagos. The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Lagos is now 3,109.”

“13 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients – four females and nine males – were discharged.”

“This brings the total number of #COVID19 discharged patients in Lagos to 662.”

“Four more COVID-19-related deaths were recorded in Lagos bringing the total of such deaths to 46.”
