The Biafra Nations Youth League (BNYL), has accused the government of failing to put a stop to the activities of the Fulani herdsmen in the country most especially at this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The group in a video obtained by Naija News condemned attacks by the Fulani herdsmen in their regions, noting that the government has refused to take necessary measures on stopping them from causing mayhem.

BNYL revealed that the Coronavirus pandemic has been politicized, and hence, the need for them to come together and unite with Biafra to protect its people from attacks of the Fulani herdsmen.

According to the statement by the Deputy National Leader of the BNYL, Ebuta Takon Akor, the government has done nothing to stop the herdsmen from killing its people, meanwhile the government lockdown the states.

“Instead of providing measures to tackle the invasion of their land and killings by herdsmen the government decided to lockdown everywhere whereas herdsmen are still operating,” says Akor in another video where the group members were seen violating the social distance other.

Speaking on the viral COVID-19 disease, Akor said, “nothing but tricks in Nigeria while calling on all ethnic nationals of the defunct eastern region to unite with Biafra.”
