Naija News Understands that President Muhammadu Buhari earlier today held a meeting with members of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum in Abuja via videoconferencing
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the meeting, presided by the president at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, stated with six representatives of the governors online.
The affected governors included the Chairman of the Governors’ Forum, Dr Kayode Fayemi; Dave Umahi of Ebonyi; Simon Lalong of Plateau; Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa; Dr Ifeayi Okowa of Delta and Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto.
Others were the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele; Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed and the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.
