Makinde Led Government Discharges Two Fresh COVID 19 Patients
Two patients of the novel COVID-19 have been released to their families and relatives in Oyo State.
Governor Seyi Makinde, who also doubles as the Chairman of the State’s COVID-19 Task Force, gave the news of the diacharge of the two patients while giving an update on the status of the virus in the State.
Speaking through the state’s COVID-19 updates in his Twitter handle Makinde said they were released after the second negative test conducted on them was collected and after receiving treatment at the isolation center.
The tweet, titled: Oyo State COVID-19 Task Force Update (May 06, 2020), reads: “Two confirmed COVID-19 patients were discharged from the Infectious Disease Centre (IDC), Olodo, after receiving their second negative test results.

In all, 13 persons have been released from the state after receiving treatment.
