The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has listed new coronavirus (COVID-19) preventive guidelines for Nigerians and companies.
This was announced by the Director-General of NCDC on Tuesday, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 148 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria on Tuesday.
The confirmation brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 2950, including 481 discharged persons and 98 deaths.
Emir Of Daura In Intensive Care Unit Over COVID-19
The Emir of Daura, Alhaji Farouk Umar, has been rushed to the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Centre Katsina over coronavirus (COVID-19).
According to Sahara Reporters, Alhaji Farouk Umar contracted COVID-19 from Kastina State index case, Dr Aminu Yakubu, his personal physician, who died of the virus last month.

The Senate has called for the decentralization of the Nigeria Police Force and the need for community policing as a way of addressing the country’s problem of insecurity.
