FG Reveals Date To Begin Evacuating Nigerian Students From Sudan

The two hundred and sixty-five stranded Nigerians traveling back to Nigerian have experienced a huge delay.

Naija News had earlier reported that the returnees will arrive at 3.00 pm on Wednesday, 6th May 2020 at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.

However, A new report from the Chairman of the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa confirmed that the chartered plane transporting the stranded Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates made a U-turn after a pregnant woman reportedly went into labor.

The plane, which was scheduled to arrive at 3 pm is now expected to land at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at 7 pm.
