The second test result of Coronavirus for former Manchester United Player and Chinese football club player, Marouane Fellaini, has been announced on Tuesday, April 14.

Shandong Luneng disclosed in a statement on Tuesday that the midfielder’s second Coronavirus (COVID-19) test came negative.

The club’s report read: “Fellaini was assessed and was deemed to have recovered and has been discharged,”

Naija News understands that Fellaini who was the only player known to have contracted the disease in the Chinese Super League (CSL) has now tested negative for the novel virus after he had tested positive for the virus last month.

However, the 32-year-old player is expected to spend 14 days in quarantine for further observation.

Meanwhile, Naija News had reported that following the financial crisis that has arisen because of the COVID-19 pandemic football, analysts are doubtful if any European club would be willing to spend big during the summer window to sign Super Eagles rising star Victor Osimhen.

Osimhen as at 2019/2020 season was one of the brightest hopes in premier League and Laliga, with Lille FC of France slamming a price tag of £92.8million on him.
