Nigerians React To Death Of Enugu Health Commissioner

While Nigeria is battling with the global pandemic, Coronavirus (COVID-19) which has claimed thousands of lives worldwide, reports received a moment ago confirmed that the Health Commissioner for Enugu State, Mr Anthony Ugochukwu has died.

Naija News report that Honourable, Hon. Jeff Mbah, Member of House of Representatives who represent Oji River State Constituency in the state Assembly disclosed the death of the renowned professor and surgeon who died in the late hour of Friday, April 3 at a Memphys Hospital in Enugu.

“Anthony is a great loss to both Enugu state and Nigeria,” says Mbah who described deceased as a Genius and a Technocrat.

He added, “We are talking about a renowned Professor of Surgeon who has a lot to offer in turning around our health sector. Its a terrible blow.”

Concerned Nigerians have however taken to the social media to react to the death of the Surgeon.
