Olukoya Releases New Year Prophecies For Nigeria

Dr Daniel Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), has advised Nigerians not to panic over the deadly coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Th4 popular clergyman counselled Nigerians in a statement by his Media Office.

Olukoya said: “I urge all Christians and men of faith, irrespective of denomination and religion to pray the following prayers to receive protection and healing from the virus and other pestilences likely to come this year.”

Quoting from 3John 1:2, he advised: “These prayers should be done along with the officially released hygiene and sanitation protocols.”

According to Olukoya, the federal and state governments were doing so much to contain the coronavirus.

Naija News reports Nigeria on Saturday recorded 8 new cases of coronavirus.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed this in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Saturday afternoon, March 28.

According to the NCDC, of the eight coronavirus cases recorded on Saturday afternoon, seven were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, one in Benue state, north-central Nigeria.

The development means the number of cases of coronavirus in Nigeria has risen from eighty-one to eighty-nine.
