Coronavirus: Address Nigerians In Hausa, We Will Translate For You – Aisha Yesufu Mocks Buhari

The convener of the #BringBackOurGirls movement, Aisha Yesufu, has condemned President Muhammadu Buhari over his nationwide broadcast on Sunday.

The President after pressure from Nigerians and the legislature since the outbreak of coronavirus addressed the nation.

However, Yesufu, a popular critic of President Buhari-led government was not pleased with the message passed by the president in his advice.

President Buhari while addressing Nigerians said, “We are working with [Federal] Ministry of Health on protecting our citizens from #COVID-19, as a government, this is now a key priority for us.”

She took to her Twitter account and wrote, “He is working with the Ministry of Health? Are you sure Buhari still knows he is President?”

“Anyway those who said he shouldn’t address how do they feel? Finally, this address is adequately inadequate! Let him do one in Hausa. We will translate.”
