English Premier League side player, Sadio Mane who plays as forward for Liverpool FC has reportedly released the sum of £41,000 to Senegal health organisation to help in battling the current pandemic.

The Senegalese who is well known for his charity ac gave out the huge some to his home country in other to aide the fight against coronavirus.

The report which was monitored by Naija News on Dailymail disclosed that Mane donated £41,000 to the FCFA, a health sector dealing with COVID-19 in Senegal.

This online news platform understands that Senegal according to updates on COVID-19 cases has a total of 27 confirmed cases at the moment.

The striker, however, in a post on social media admonished his home country not to take slightly the battle against Coronavirus.
