Gov. Ishaku Set To Return To Taraba State

The Governor of Taraba State, Architect Darius Ishaku is set to return to the state on Thursday, after 87 days outside the state.

The development was confirmed by the Commissioner of Information in the state, Danjuma Adamu.

It will be recalled this online medium previously reported Governor Ishaku had explained why he has been away in Abuja since December 2019 after he was accused of abandoning governance in Taraba State.

He explained that he didn’t abandon the state but was forced to be away in Abuja due to an “unfortunate domestic accident.”

The governor is expected to land at the Danbaba Suntai Airport, Jalingo by 4:00 pm where party chieftains, supporters and political allies are expected to receive him.
