English Premier League player, Virgil Van Dijk who plays as a centre back for UEFA Champions League Winners, Liverpool FC, has looked back on his teammates to know how they are faring in their various locations amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Recall that the English Premier League in a report on its official website on Friday, March 13, stated that all remaining games in the 2019/2020 season game have been suspended due to Coronavirus outbreak.

Van Dijk who was made it to the top four favourites of the last Ballon d’Or took to his social media account, Twitter precisely, to hear from his teammates who are all with their families while the self-quarantine exercise continues.

The Netherland captain who has been making waves since his signing to Liverpool FC prayed his teammates to stay safe from the pandemic as he hopes to meet them all soon.

He wrote; “I just wanted to send a message to say I hope everyone is doing OK in these difficult times.
We must all look after each other in what is tough circumstances for everyone across the whole world. Please stay safe.
“We will be back! You’ll Never Walk Alone,” Van Dijk added.
