Hoodlums Attack Kwankwaso In Kano, Destroy Vehicles

Suspected armed men on Tuesday attacked the convoy of the former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso.

However, nobody was injured in the attack which saw three of the vehicles in the former Governor’s convoy destroyed.

According to report gathered, the incident occurred shortly after Senator Kwankwaso met with the Chairman of the Kano State Peoples Democratic Party ward Congress, Governor Fintiri at Tahir’s Guest Palace.

Ibrahim Adam, the spokesperson to the governorship candidate of PDP in the state, Abba Kabir Yusuf said, “the leader escaped unhurt “

“While leaving the hotel, some hired thugs attacked the convoy of Sen. Kwankwaso and destroyed 3 cars belonging to some of our House of Assembly members.”

Adam further stated, “But, Alhamdulillah, the Congress was successful. They couldn’t achieve what they wanted to achieve.”
