Baby mama of Nigerian music art, Ubi Franklin, has described Nigeria as sickening following her two years of stay in the country.

The South African lady, Nicola Siyo, while responding to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie post on Instagram noted that there is no such thing as women’s right in Nigeria.

According to Nicola, women are been labelled with different kinds of name if just for holding on to her name.

This online news platform understands that Chimamanda had made some submission about the country while celebrating International Women’s Day on her Instagram page.

Nicola, however, backed Chimamanda’s claim which noted that women in Nigeria are given ill-treatment because of their gender.

See the post below;

Responding to Nicola’s statement, a blogger, Michael Peters opined that such a statement is not permitted from her.

He said;

“I am not trying to protect Nigeria because truly everything that is of negativity dwells in Nigeria, but in this case, a charcoal is just calling a pot black. Imagine a South African, where women (both young and old) are molested, raped and murdered almost every day is saying this. You ignore a bunch of firewoods in your eyes and trying to judge the toothpick in mine. I no blame you, na Ubi I blame for giving you the chance to utter this rubbish.”
