The Edo State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has insisted that Governor Godwin Obaseki will not get automatic ticket for the state Guber election. The factional state chairman of the party Colonel David Imuse (Rtd) made this known on Friday while briefing newsmen in Benin city the Edo State capital.

5. COVID-19: Nigerian Government Produces Locally Made Hand Sanitizers

Due to the high level of scarcity of hand sanitizers in Nigeria, Buhari led federal government has locally produced hand sanitizers to tackle high demand for the product. The party condemned insecurity in Nigeria, stating the Nigerians are now living on the edge as kidnappers and bandits had taken over the country.

8. Ekiti APC Describes Ajimobi’s Appointment As Fraudulent

The All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State has rejected the appointment of the former Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, as the new Deputy National Chairman of the party. The Ekiti chapter of the party described that statement announcing appointment was a fraudulent assertion.

Nigerian record producer, singer and songwriter, M.I Abaga, whose birth name is Jude Abaga, today Friday, March 6, disclosed that he is officially done with the record label, Chocolate City which he headed from June 2015 to 2019. 10. Ronaldinho Freed After Arrest On The Use Of Fake Passport

A few hours after Naija News reported that Brazilian football legend, Ronaldinho, was arrested by Paraguayan prosecutors for entering Paraguay with a fake passport, the former FC Barcelona forward has on Friday been freed by the securities after he reportedly confessed to the crime and admitted guilt. This online news platform understands that Gaúcho was arrested on Wednesday alongside his brother and manager, Roberto Assis, at Resort Yacht and Golf Club, Paraguayo, with fake passports bearing their names with Paraguayan nationality despite the duo having their Brazilian passports confiscated in 2018 over an offence.
