Former Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo may land himself a permanent deal with English Premier League side, Manchester United as the club manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hinted of his feeling on the forward while speaking in an interview.

Solskjaer while speaking a few hours to United’s clash with Derby County in the FA Cup fifth-round praised Ighalo’s performance since his signing into the club.

Naija News recalls that Ighalo was signed on loan from Shanghai Shenhua, China to Manchester United with an agreement to play for the Premier League side for six-month.

Meanwhile, Ighalo has so far scored only a goal since his move in January 2020.

Impressed Solskjaer, hinted on Ighalo during a chat with Sky Sports, saying, “We might get to the summer and think we want to extend this, who knows?

“He’s come in as a breath of fresh air as well. He had chances in his five minutes against Chelsea, he scored against Bruges, he had chances against Watford, he had a very good save [from a shot] against Everton – there have been good saves, he doesn’t miss the target very often.”
