Dapchi, the town in Yobe state where more than 100 schoolgirls were abducted on February 19, 2018, is currently being attacked by Boko Haram insurgents have again stormed Dapchi, a town in Yobe state.
Recall that in February 2018 the insurgents stormed the town and abducted over 100 schoolgirls from Dapchi school.
Although they released the girls, one of the girls Leah Sharibu was not released till date.
The Cable quoting a security source said the terrorists have burnt the houses of some residents who fled the town.
The source was reported to have claimed that the insurgents who came in many vehicles are even patrolling the town.
