Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari and members of his cabinet have started the Federal Executive Council meeting (FEC) in Abuja.
The FEC meeting is scheduled to hold every Wednesday.
The federal executive meeting for today opened at 11.06 am after the president arrived at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The opening prayers were said after the national anthem by the Minister of Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo; and the Minister of Power, Saleh Maman.
The Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, and the Head of Service of the Federation, Folashade Yemi-Esan, were also in attendance.
