Highlife Legend, Dr Victor Olaiya Is Dead

The Nigerian Entertainment and Music Industry have lost another legend as popular Highlife Trumpeter, Dr Victor Olaiya died today.

This was confirmed in a statement by the managing director of the Evergreen Music Company, Bimbo Esho.

Naija News understands that Dr Olaiya before his death is signed to the Evergreen record label.

Today has turned cold to the family and lovers of the legend who has died at the age of 89.

Reacting to the death of Dr. Olaiya, Bimbo expressed her heartfelt and ask the creator of heaven and earth to help the family and the music industry bear the loss of the highlife legend.
