FA Cup Fifth Round: Liverpool To Clash With Chelsea, Rooney To Play Against Man U

English Premier League side, Liverpool will clash with Chelsea in the FA Cup fifth round, following their 1-0 victory over Shrewsbury on Tuesday.

The Reds were held to a 2-2 draw during the fourth round of the tournament against Shrewbury.

Liverpool which fielded their young players on Tuesday secured a place in the fifth round at Anfield, thanks to a second-half own goal from Ro-Shaun Williams.

Former Manchester United captain, Wayne Rooney will face the Red Devils in the fifth round.

The former England striker had helped his side defeat Northampton Town 4-2 in their replay last night.

The fifth round will be played during the weekend of March 5.
