Fani-Kayode Reacts As Terrorists Torture Abuja-Kaduna Train Victims

A former Minister of Aviation in Nigeria and ex-presidential spokesperson, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to the decision by Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the RCCG to lead a protest against insecurity in Nigeria.

Fani-Kayode in his reaction on Twitter on Sunday, commended the initiative.

He, however, used the opportunity to call out Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who is also an ordained pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) under Adeboye’s leadership.

He wrote: “Pastor Enoch Adeboye and RCCG are conducting a protest march against the killings in the land. I commend them & hope that they will find the courage to accept that they made a mistake by supporting Buhari in the first place. Will RCCG Pastor Yemi Osinbajo will join in the march?”

Naija News recalls Pastor Adeboye on Sunday, led other worshippers in a massive protest against the current state of insecurity in Nigeria.

The popular clergyman, joined by other members of the church, took to the streets of Lagos state, with placards bearing various inscriptions such as ‘all souls are precious to God’, ‘stop the killings’ God hurts when his creature hurt’ etc.

It is understood that what happened on Sunday wasn’t just a protest, but also a prayer walk as directed by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for God’s intervention in stopping the various forms of insecurity, killings, and kidnappings currently ravaging Nigeria.
