Four Siblings in Plateau State have been reportedly abused sexually by some suspected Fulani Herdsmen.

According to the report which was confirmed Plateau state police command, it was disclosed that the sisters had cried out in their neighbouring village called Luwapem, to notify them of the incident which results to the arrest of the herdsmen.

However, the suspects identified as Hamisu Mohammed, 18, Rayanu Mohammed, 15, Mustapha Yunusa, 15 and Abbas Salisu, 17, have been arrested by men of Plateau State Police Command.

While narrating the horrible act of the Fulani herdsmen, one of the minors revealed that they were threatened with sticks and later struck with it by the suspects after they resisted, and raped them randomly.

The herdsmen when investigated by the State Criminal Investigation Department, confessed to the crime, stating that they conspired to rape the girls which they eventually did.

Prosecuting Inspector E. A. Inegbenoise told newsmen that the suspects will be charged to court after investigation has been concluded.

Meanwhile, Naija News had reported a month ago that Members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) disclosed that Boko Haram terrorists have gunned down 19 Fulani herdsmen in Fuhe village, near Ngala close to the border with Cameroon.

It was gathered that the Fulani herdsmen had pursued the insurgents after attacks targetting their cattle.

The herders had killed one member of Boko Haram in the attack to invade their village to steal livestock, Umar Kachalla told Nigeria News
