Katsina State: 17 killed, 14 Others Injured In Road Crash

Katsina State Police Spokesman, Gambo Isah, has confirmed a terrible road accident that claims the lives of many in Mashi Local Government Area of the State.

According to the report, not less than seventeen people have died in a car accident which happened along Mai’addua-Shargalle road in Katsina State.

He added that other fourteen survivors have been taken to a primary healthcare centre and that a meeting has been summoned by all relevant stakeholders in the transport sector for proper briefing.

Meanwhile, Naija News had earlier that a Truck coveying Peoples Democratic Party member at the Abuja protest on Monday have been involved in an accident during the process.

Naija News understands that the accident had occurred in two places with two different vehicles conveying protesters.
