Oprah Winfrey Speaks About Advising Meghan And Harry To Quit The Royal Family

An American television producer and actress, Oprah Winfrey has finally spoken out amid claims that she advised the Sussex Royal to quit from the royal family.

Naija News recalls that the media executive who is also a close friend to Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland was accused of discussing with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on their shocking move to step back as senior members of the Royal Family.

The 65-year-old Winfrey says that’s not true. She said  Meghan and Harry do not need her to help to figure out what’s best for them.

Meghan and Harry do not need my help figuring out what’s best for them. I care about them both and support whatever decisions they make for their family,” she said.

However, the alleged decision of the duke and duchess of Sussex to quit from the British Royal Family was reached three months after the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry claimed that some ‘powerful forces’ who chased his mother, Princess Diana, to her death are also after his wife, Meghan Markle.

Meanwhile, there also alleged report that the duke and duchess of Sussex left their son Archie on Canadian soil while they announced their withdrawal from the monarchy.
