Nigerian Star, Oshoala Scores Again In Barcelona Win
Super Falcons star striker, Asisat Oshoala has continued her rich scoring form in the new year 2020 bagging a brace in her club’s recent win.
Oshoala who plays for the Barcelona female team, scored two goals in her team’s 3-1 away win against Athletic Bilbao in Sunday’s Primera Iberdrola.
The 25-year-old Nigeria female team captain came in as a substitute in the 60th minute. She scored her first goal of the game in the 77th minute and then added a second with four minutes from the end of the game.
The victory moves the team to 40 points after 14 matches, leaving them seven points clear at the top of the table with their nearest challengers Atletico Madrid, held to a 1-1 at Rayo Vallecano.
Oshoala has now scored 10 times this season in 13 league appearances for the Barcelona ladies.
