Breaking: Judge Withdraws From Sowore’s Suit

The Judge in charge of the Omoyele Sowore’s case, Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday withdrew from the case.

Justice Mohammed withdrew from the fundamental rights enforcement suit instituted by the convener of the RevolutionNow movement, Sowore, seeking an order for his release from custody of the Department of State Service.

Recall that the operatives of the DSS had rearrested the publisher of Sahara Reporters, barely 24 hours of being released from the agency’s detention on December 6.
