The former deputy spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank, has insisted that the Federal Inland Revenue Service sponsored the election of the All Progressives by giving the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, #90 billion during the 2019 general election.

The political activist in a statement released charged the FIRS to apoligise for claiming that he was used to fabricate lies against the revenue-generating agency, he further stated that he is a man of integrity.

The former APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary noted that the Vice President and the agency have explanations to make to the world about the missing fund.

Frank charged the agency to go to the court as it had earlier threatened to do when the allegation was leveled against it.

He further stated that FIRS is behind the N40 billion claim in the media to divert the attention of Nigerians from the N90 billion allegations leveled against them and the vice president.

The activist also condemned the ruling party for describing the stolen money report as hogwash.

He noted that if the ruling party has the interest of Nigerians at heart, it would have been worried about the revelation on the mismanagement of the taxpayer’s money.

“I don’t know where the report of N40 billion is coming from and I don’t actually have a connection with the PRNigeria who released the report but it is incumbent on me to state categorically that my position on the stolen N90 billion has not changed.”

“I have waited patiently for either of the parties involved in the swindling of Nigeria taxpayers’ money to sue me but up till now, the shameless elements are still hiding under one finger.”

“They threatened but could not live up to their own expectations. A media organization was forced to retract the report thinking it will end there but so many courageous media houses and social media ensured that the truth could not be hidden. I salute the courageous ones, even as history will never forget them in a hurry,” Frank said.

Frank while reacting to the statement of the ruling party which described the missing as hogwash said the judgment day for APC is just by the corner.

“It is a shame for the leadership of the APC to speak on this matter now having kept quiet since the revelation was made. Understandably the party is the beneficiary, it must do everything possible to divert public attention,” he said.

He charged rights groups and courageous individuals to defend Nigeria’s democracy by urgently rescuing it from the handlers of the current government for the sake of innocent Nigerians.
