Interim Arsenal manager Freddie Ljungberg has called on the board of Arsenal to appoint a permanent manager.

The former Sweden international took charge of the Gunners after the sacking of Unai Emery last month.

However, the North London club has only won one game which came in a 3-1 victory over West Ham United.

Arsenal were beaten by three first-half goals against Manchester City on Sunday, as they failed to capitalize on Chelsea and Manchester United slip up this weekend.

Speaking after the game, Ljungberg told Sky Sports: “I said to them (club board), they need to make a decision.”

Names like Mikel Arteta, Carlo Ancelotti, Max Allegri, Mauricio Pochettino, etc have been linked with the job.
