Kogi: Gov Bello Sacks Commissioner, Two Others

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has described the Peoples Democratic Party as an association of discredited rumour bearers.

Bello stated this while mocking the opposition party following their recent loss in the November 16 elections.

The Kogi State governor who spoke through his spokesperson, Kingsley Fanwo, stated that PDP’s defeat in the governorship, the senatorial election is a sign of the end of the party in the state.

Fanwo while speaking with newsmen in Abuja said, “After the heavy pounding of PDP in February and March, they thought they had a hope in November.”

“Their recent failures in the Governorship, Senatorial and Reps election has ensured that PDP is finally buried in Kogi State.”

He stated that the opposition party by 2024 won’t have any structure again in Kogi State.

Fanwo added that the Yahaya Bello administration will continue to serve the people of Kogi State.

“The naysayers on social media have been put to shame as they have no knowledge of the reality on the ground in the State”.
