Explosion Rocks Lagos Community

An early morning explosion leading to a fire outbreak has occurred on Thursday near the Gloryland Estate, Isheri Olofin, Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area of Lagos State.

According to reports gathered by Naija News, the fire started at around 7:45am.

The fire is said to have resulted from a vandalized pipeline and affected Diamond Estate along Isheri/Lasu-Igando Road.

As at the time of filing this report, the extent of damages could not be ascertained yet.

However, it is understood that emergency and rescue officials have been deployed to the area while official statements are been expected from appropriate government agencies.
